TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Charles Sissmore Tomes, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date8 July 1898
DescriptionThe lithographers have written to the Society about their desire to see proofs of the plates of Tomes' paper by the 23rd. The lithographers point out that their artist cannot reasonably finish them by that date. Notes the Society's offices are closing entirely during the whole of August and there seems no chance of getting out the paper before then. Under these circumstances the plates might better wait until Tomes' return.
