DescriptionHaddon's letter of 19 May has been laid before the President and Council of the Society, who are prepared to accede to Haddon's request for financial assistance in the publication of the results of Haddon's exhibition to the Torres Straits. £330 has been voted towards this object, to be paid in sums of £55, payable upon the appearance of each of the six volumes contemplated in Haddon's estimate.
