DescriptionSince Foster left Harrison has found the page of Commander Scott's memorandum as altered in the meeting of the Joint Committee and the terms of which Foster proposes to incorporate in the minute of Council on the subject.

Thinks it might be better to make the resolution more full and encloses a draft for the resolution [not attached]. Asks this to be returned tomorrow amended or approved. Also encloses the Geographical [Societies] letter, the page of Scott's memorandum now found, and a draft for Foster's letter to the Geographical Society [not enclosed].
