DescriptionProfessor Rucker is still abroad, but left behind a note from Hills enclosing copies of two maps which Sir John Ardagh prepared to accompany the Report of the Geodetic Arc Committee. Has sent 100 copies of the Report to the Secretary of the International Association of Academies for their meeting and is having further copies printed for the Royal Society's delegates. Asks Hills to send 150 copies of each map to accompany the reports.
