DescriptionReplies to Ross' letter of the previous day to say that none of the names Ross mentioned is so far a candidate for the next election. Ross will be able to see by reference to the printed list Harrison sent, if any one whom Ross wishes to propose requires a certificate.

Professor Woodward will require a new certificate, if Ross elects him as a candidate, his old certificate being ineligibly for re-suspension, having already been up more than five times.
