Asks for Lockyer's views with regard to the referee's suggestions for communication to the Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry committee. Suggestions concern the spectrum of Scandium and its relation to celestial spectra, the stellar line near gamma 4686, the spectrum of mu Centauri.
