Description | Regarding their letter relating to the presentation of a statement on the subject of the enquiry being conducted by the Commission, Harrison has been directed by the President of the Royal Society Lord Rayleigh to say that the Council, while not nominating a representative to give evidence before the Commission, requested Rayleigh to present a statement on their behalf. Sickness has delayed Rayleigh from doing this, but he will be in London soon and will be free after next Thursday to appear before the Commission. |
