DescriptionHarrison encloses a letter from Professor Arthur Smithells, nominated as second referee for 'The Absorption Spectra of the Vapours of Benzene and Its Homologues at Different Temperatures and Pressures, and Likewise of Solutions of Benzene' by Walter Noel Hartley, with the first referee Hugh Frank Newall having already reported on the paper. Professor Joseph Larmor, having seen the letter, makes no suggestion, so he asks that Schuster nominate a third referee.
