DescriptionHarrison responds to Glazebrook's letter of 16 November, stating that a paper by Messrs Grindley and Gibson, "On the Frictional Resistances to the Flow of Air through a Pipe" was read before the Royal Society on 23 May, but prior to it being passed, the authors have been revising the manuscript. The revised manuscript has been received and authorised for publication in Proceedings of the Royal Society by the Chairman and Secretary. The printing is being put in hand, and the paper should appear in the next month or so.
