TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Bateson, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date19 November 1907
DescriptionHarrison explains that he wishes Bateson to attend a meeting to be held the following week, of the small sub-committee who finalise the menu, wines and cigars for the Royal Society's annual dinner, and as the Officers of the Society form the majority of the sub-committee they wish to chose a day when they are all present. He proposes next Thursday at 3.30pm, and if not convenient, asks that Bateson propose a day early next week, noting that Thursday 28th would be quite late.

If he is unable to attend, Harrison will ask Bateson to send feedback on the enclosed menu for a guinea dinner, including wines.
