TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Charles Chree, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date24 December 1907
DescriptionLarmor writes to sympathose with Chree's letter. With the omission of the tables he speaks of, Larmor believes Chree's paper can go to press, and provides the manuscript for the purpose of making the changes. He believes his branch belongs in the Observatory publication rather than Philosphical Transactions of the Royal Society, and a similar question has been in consideration for some time.

The Council will appreciate Chree's 'detailed and learned' report on the Schuster paper.
