Referring to your letter of December 21, we shall be happy to let you retain 1 copy of each of the Pearson memoirs on the Mathematical Theory of Evolution, except A 153. You have one copy in stock, and that we shall be glad to have.
Enclosed is a bill for the copies you have recently disposed of, and for those you wish to purchase yourselves.
Please send the balance of the memoirs at your earliest convenience.'
