Sir Archibald Geikie, KCB, PResident RS [President of the Royal Society], Sir Joseph Larmor, Secretary RS [Secretary of the Royal Society, Lieutenant Colonel D [David] Prain, CIE, FRS [Fellow of the Royal Society to discuss with representatives of the Secretary of State the question of the procedure for the reference to the Royal Society if matters connected with scientific enquiry in India.
