DescriptionAt the request of the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory the President and Council of the Royal Society are desirous of introducing an alteration to the scheme of organization of the Laboratory in so far as it deals with the procedure of the Governing Body with respect to the preparation of their annual report and the accounts of the Laboratory. The principal object of the proposed change is to bring the financial year of the Laboratory into accord with the Treasury financial year.
