TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Francis Darwin FRS
Date9 December 1912
Description'I am very glad to learn that you will serve as Chairman of the Botany Sectional Committee. There ought to be a meeting fairly early in the New Year to arrange the mode of transacting the business.
Would you tell me how we had better act with regard to the enclose letter from Mr Horace Brown. The Council anticipating that there might be some difficulty in securing his service as a member, named Mr Lang as a second string, but I think it is for you to say whether we should take that alternative on the strength of Mr Brown's letter, or be content with his postponed attendances.'
