Description'Professor Schuster had gone back to Manchester when your letter arrived with reference to the reprint of papers by yourself and Sir James Dewar, but without waiting for him to reply I can give you the assurance that no objection will be taken to the reprint, as there is a general authority to anticipate the consent of Council to such applications from Fellows. Your request will be put through the Council in the regular way.'
