Paper by Prof A W Porter and Dr F W Edridge-Green on Negative after images &c: Dr Rivers, the referee, reports definitely against publication of this paper which is admittely a rejoinder to Burch's paper lately published. The referee says that the authors shown that they have failed to understand Burch's objection. I presume this must be reserved for the Committee.' [no enclosures] |
