DescriptionAt the meeting the other day he was good enough to offer to look over, from a Colonial Office point of view, a draft of the Royal Society's letter to Mr Fiske offering him the commission to investigate the bionomics of the tsetse flies. This is being sent now [no enclosures]. Sir John Rose Bradford has no suggestions for its amendment. It might be worth while to insert details of the accommodation and allowances provided for the observer.
