DescriptionHarrison is away on holiday. Regarding Arber's paper, Dr Kidston was asked in June if he would report, but declined. Sending a copy of his letter solely for his information, and it is to be regarded as strictly confidential [no enclosures]. The Chairman of the Sectional Committee a short time ago wrote saying that Seward might reconsider his former reply and report on the paper in consultation with Dr Kidston, and that is how the matter stands at present. If he would write officially to Kidston asking if he would report jointly.
