Description'As requested in your letter of the 12th instant, I have had the certificate of Professor P C Ray of Calcutta re-suspended for the 1915 election.
Replying to your note of the 13th, the names of the signatories of that certificate are as follows - Sir Henry Rosce [underlined], Prof A Crum Brown, Prof J Walker, Prof W H Perkin [underlined], Prof H B Dixon [underlined], Sir Thomas Holland, Dr H B Baker, Dr M C Forester, Prof P F Frankland [underlined], Sir William Tilden [underlined], Prof A W Crossley [underlined], Sir Alexander Pedler, Prof W J Pope [underlined], Dr V H Veley, Dr A Scott, Dr H Muller and Prof J Emerson Reynolds.
Those underlined were also signatories of the Supplementary Certificate sent in last November.'
