Reminds Professor John Stanley Gardiner that on recommendataion of Mr. [William Bate] Hardy, a copy of the referees' criticisms were sent to the communicator of the paper, Professor J. [James] P. [Peter] Hill, from whom the Society has heard nothing. Notes that the paper currently remains at the Society and offers to send it to Professor [John] Stanley Gardiner for inspection.
