DescriptionInforms Mr. P. Leslie of Mr. [Herbert George] Wells' request that the Society supply literature to Russia's scientific men, and of the Foreign Office's willingness to deliver literature to Russia, provided that arrangements can be made to have it collected at Reval. Asks Mr. Leslie if the Hotel St. Petersburg in Reval, are still happy to receive the literature and transmit it by the Russian Courier train to St. Petersburg.
