One referee, [Richard Dixon] Oldham recommends publication with omissions while the other, Sir Gerald Lenox-Conyngham remains doubtful, the reports of which have been sent with the letter, [not enclosed] also includes the correspondence between Lenox-Conyngham and William Bate Hardy [Not enclosed]. Alexander Francis Towle suggests a meeting of the Committee on a Thursday Afternoon and not 3 April. |
