TitleCopy letter from William Bate Hardy, Secretary of the Royal Society; to Professor [Clarence Erwin] McClung; University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia
Date4 November 1925
DescriptionInforms Professor [Clarence Erwin] McClung that the Officers of the Royal Society have discussed the points made in his letter, regarding the Biological Abstracts Committee. Informs him that the opinion of the Royal Society seems to have drifted in favour of sectional bibliography, but says that it is hard to judge, and discusses the options. Asks if McClung wishes to formally ask the Society whether they would be willing to nominate members of an editorial board, and risk refusal in doing so.
