Description | Moseley and Sedgwick write: 'The late Professor F M Balfour left a considerable amount of material, both in the form of drawings and MSS., which he had intended to employ in the publication of a monograph on the anatomy and development of the members of the genus Peripatus, together with an account of all known species.' They relay Balfour's observations.
