Title | Letter from Harry Govier Seeley, on his paper 'Researches on the structure, organisation, and classification of the fossil reptilia. Part X. On the complete skeleton of an anomodont reptile (Aristodesmus Rütimeyeri, Wiedersheim), from the bunter sandstone of reihen, near basel, giving new evidence of the relation of the anomodontia to the monotremata' to the Secretary of the Royal Society |
Date | 25 March 1896 |
Description | The decision given to him by the Committee is not what he expected and he wishes to see some extracts from the reports. The fossils he studies were sent from the Basel Museum with the cooperation of William Henry Flower. He has examined the fossils so intently for their sakes. He has received two letters form the Basel Museum enquiring when the paper should be published.
