Is sending Larmor a detailed answer to the points of criticism made by the referee's on his paper. Regarding a few point he will only be able to answer on his return to London. He shall be very glad to give further information about any further points. He is exceedingly sorry that his English is still not good enough. He would be very thankful to Larmor if he could advise him on this matter. He knows a scientific friend whose literary capacity, he hopes, would satisfy the Committee and will solicit his kind assistance.
