Title | Referee's report by Sidney Harris Cox Martin, on a paper 'The restoration of co-ordinated movements after nerve crossing with interchange of function of the cerebral cortical centres' by Robert Kennedy |
Date | 11 December 1900 |
Description | Sectional committee: Physiology
Not recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. The paper does not disclose entirely new ground and though excellent, does not mark such a distinct step as to warrant publication in the Transactions. Many similar experiments have previously been carried out, some agreeing with the author's results. The illustrative plates do not show any particular point. The case added at the end is more suitable for a medical publication. Notes only one of the wounds in the first operation remained aseptic.
