'The title is rather grans, and threatens parts 2, 3, etc. of the monograph...The length of the title indicates that the author is not concise, and does not like to omit anything he can drag in'. Refers to work of Day. Suggests omissions and places which are repetitious. 'I hesitate to recommend its acceptance, and would prefer another referee to take the responsibility'.
