TitleLetter from Charles Galton Darwin, to Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton, regarding a paper 'On relativistic wave equations for particles of arbitrary spin in an electromagnetic field' by M Fierz and Wolfgang Ernst Pauli
Date16 July 1939
DescriptionSectional Committee: Mathematics

In view of the opinions of Paul Adrien Maurice Dirac, is willing to withdraw his criticisms of the paper. Paul Adrien Maurice Dirac is a good critic of the work itself. 'Moreover Pryce [Maurice Henry Lecorney Pryce?] is a shrewd young man and would not go to the labour of translation if it were not worth it. In spite of this withdrawal I shall continue (if asked) to look rather antagonistically at foreigner's papers'.
