Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton asks James Chadwick to look at the paper, and a report form is enclosed. Alternatively, Charles Drummond Ellis is suggested as referee. James Chadwick reports on the paper himself, which deserves publication for the interesting ideas and experimental results. The author appears unfamiliar with experiment, advises that through the communicator, the author consult with Norman Feather, who can help him identify which results are reliable.
