Acknowledges receipt of the papers. Asks for further copies of the summary from the authors. It is usual to ask for a declaration that the paper contains no value to the enemy, but as previous papers on the same subject by the same authors have not been passed for open publication, the same can be assumed in this case. 'Even if they themselves contained no dangerous information the fact that they refer to 'Proceedings C papers' would embarrass the censorship'. Asks if his new address should be published in the next yearbook.
