Date11 October 1941
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Communicated by John Douglas Cockcroft. James Chadwick thinks there can be no harm in publishing the paper at present, as it is only remotely connected with 'problems of immediate interest'.
