Bulloch's Roll; DAB; DSB; non preferred term from David Dobbs, 'Reff madness: Charles Darwin, Alexander Agassiz and the meaning of coral' (New York, 2005) - he went by the name of Alexander Emmanuel Rodolphe Agassiz all his life and when he emigrated to America and tool citizenship, late in life he found among old family papers a birth certificate, apparently valid, baming him Alexander Rodolphe Albert Agassiz.
