Further explains his thoughts, including a rough sketch of a glass tube. Presumes that [Robert Wichard] Pohl is keeping up [Emil Gabriel] Warburg's experiment on electrolysis. Agrees that thegas gets into the glass and is not a true result of its decomposition. |
