Creator | Swinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer |

Description | Acknowledges receipt of a previous letter. The original photograph shown in the enclosed is in the Science Museum, offering to lend him a slide of another photograph of his own hand, taken at the same time, commenting that it was not taken with the tube with the platinum anti cathode but with another and earlier tube which had been in his possession for some years. Very glad to hear he has become a Fellow of the Institute of Physics [enclosure not present]. |
