Comrptons, Parkinson, Ltd., that the new share certificates for the Cumulative Performance Shares and the Cumulative Preferred Ordinary Shares will be available for issue to the Shareholders on 30 November next and that the old certificates for Preference and Ordinary shares in Crompton & Co should be forwarded to the company on or after the 30th, to be exchanged for the new Share Certificates. Requests that the Bank attend to this matter. |
