| Description | Responding to a previous letter and encloses a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Scarborough Electric Supply Co. Ltd., and the Corporation of Scarborough, made in July 1925. This was an agreement to sell and superseded the Deed of Transfer entered between the Corporation and the Company when the latter was fomred many years ago. Also encloses a copy of a Report by Mr. Arthur R. Hoare, of Messrs. Stephen Sellon & Partners, dated 30 June 1926, giving terms of the Award in connection with the Scarborough purchase. Details the result of the purchase. In sending this information, wishes to emphasise how very much the Scarborough Company was indebted to the assistance of Mr. Arthur R. Hoare. |
