TitleLetter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to C. F. Brown [Esquire], Department of Scientific & Industrial Research
CreatorSwinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer
Date3 May 1928
DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of a previous letter and informs he did not recognise Experimental Wireless under the name of Wireless Engineer. Thanks Brown for sending him the abstracts, commenting on how useful they will be to him. Will take Brown's suggestion of writing to the Standard Telephone and Cable Company to request copies of Bell Telephone Laboratory prints. Draws Brown's attention to interesting articles by Monsieur A. Deuvillier, of Paris, whom he knows personally. Adds that he himself has written an article on "Television by Cathode Rays" for Modern Wireless, of which he will send him a copy once he has one.
