Encloses a copy of the particulars [enclosure not present]. A letter which accompanies the particulars, the Inspector informed him of the amount of tax which has actually been paid on his fees and therefore gathers that any sum deducted from his fees for income tax over and above this amount is repayable to him by the Company. Requests that the amount of tax deduced by the Company is remitted to him. |
