DescriptionCircular to the members of the Röntgen Society informing of negotiations taking place for the amalgamation with the British Institute of Radiology, having reached a successful conclusion by the respective Councils of the Society and the Institute. It is proposed that the amalgamated Societies shall be known as The British Institute of Radiology incorporated with the Röntgen Society, an Incorporated Company, limited by guarantee under the Companies' Acts. Attached is the new Memorandum and Articles of Association; an official meeting notice; and a former meeting notice when the suggested scheme of affiliation was under consideration.
