The resolution was proposed by the chair (Lady Warwick) and seconded by Mrs [Elizabeth] Garrett Anderson (1836-1917). The document is signed by Frances Evelyn "Daisy" Greville, Countess of Warwick (1861-1938) and Edith Bradley (c.1859-1943) as Secretary.
