Description | Aga, ambassador to Tripoli, describes the process of inoculating children against smallpox. Includes a table showing ages of those inoculated and the success of the inoculation. A translation note reads 'Written in Arabick by his Excellency Cassem Aga, Ambassadour from Tripoli and FRS. Done with English from the french of M Dadichi, his majesty's Interpreter for the Eastern languages by Dr Scheuchzer'.
