Description | De la Chaumette presents a series of his ideas: oars that have the same effect as the feet of geese without bringing them out of the water, a method of setting artificial teeth, a method of pointing a cannon, a candlestick without any slide or joints which can raise the candle by a spring, a way to stop horses bolting by using eye flaps, help for smoking chimneys by four tins or iron plates fixed with hinges at the top of chimney and another help for the same by a fixed cap. Includes small figures of the inventions and concepts in the text.
