The Committee suggested that it be recommended by the Council; 1. The Secretaries to consider what is a fair distribution of the several duties of their offices and to report on this 2. The Assistant Secretary be elected annually at the first meeting of the Council after Anniversary Meeting, and that he be a single man, his salary to be £200 pa and that the Assistant Secretary be also the Librarian 3. A female servant to be engaged as Housekeeper to superintend the Society's apartments and have an inferior servant to assist her at a salary of £100 pa |
