RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL
Minute 4 (c) that a grant of £250 be made to the Geological Society in 1969 towards the expenses incurred by Mr W B Harland in correlating stratigraphical material in the United Kingdom in connexion with the International Programme of the International Union of Geological Sciences.
Minute 8 that a block grant of £750 be authorized for travel grants for UK participants at the 7th International Congress of Quaternary Research (INQUA) to be held in Paris from 30 August - 5 September 1969, the grant to be allocated by the INQUA Subcommittee of the British National Committee for Geology. |
