4. Location - awaiting permission for us fo Great Hall in Westminster School, with backup plan

5. Plans for exhibits - members of the committe reported on their plans for Astronomy, Radio and Telecommunications, Engineering, Nuclear Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geology, Medicine, and Time

6. Administrative arrangements for finance, insurancve adn security, technicians, students to man the exhibition, storage of exhibits, publicity discussed.

7. Brochure and exhibition guide - two publications, one for historical brochure on scientists in the Abbey, and one for the exhibition

8. Next meeting - 11 Februay 1966 in Westminster Abbey

ACTION - The Chairman asks that those named in minute 5 as responsible for sedftions A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H should prepare 20 copies of the precise plans referred to and should either send them to the Secretary in time for circulation before the meeting or shoiuld table them at the meeting.
