Matters discussed;
1. Minutes of meeting held on 10 March 1966 [WA/6 (66)] confirmed

2. Contribution towards the cost of the exhibition of £300 from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers accepted warmly

3. Design of the exhibition - chairman asked each organizer to report on the drawings sent by MR Lansdell. Each sections report listed.

4. General consideration concerning the design of teh exhibition regarding the entrance, secftion headings, descriptive notice, and exit discussed

5. Delivery of material for exhibition - Commander Messinger to be notified of necessary requests, confirmed period of cover of insurance, and address for delivery of all exhibition material

6. 'The Abbey Scientists', book by Professor Hall, to be published on 1 August. Dean to be asked to write a preface. Mr Nicholson confirmed it would be fuly illustrated.

7. Guide to the exhibition - simple guide to the exhibition to be prepared and considered by organizers by 1 July in manuscript, who also to confirm who is to be acknowledged.

8. Opening of exhibition by the Rt. Hon. Lord Adrian, OM FRS at 11.00 am on Monday, 1 August 1966. Abbey to make arrangements.

9. Publicity - Mr Mason confirmed press broadcasting and television arrangements in hand. Asked for suggestions for a scientific 'motif' for a poster for display in the Abbey precincts and on London Transport. Article about exhibition to be written in 'The Times'.

10. Admission - charges and opeining times discussed

11. Next meeting - suggested that if another meeting proved necessary it should be held on 12 July at 10.30. am. The chairman said he hoped another meeting would not be necessary, and took the opportunity of thanking all members of the committee for the work they had done.
