Resolved, the Committee feels that in relation to Solar Researches a carreful distinction should be made between what may be regarded as experimental and as observational researches, and provides a definition for each, and suggests an Internationasl Committee is only of advantage for a history fo the sun. Committee to cololect opinions from those with knowledge of the subject.
