1. ' The scheme adopted for the organisation of the National Physical Laboratory was laid before the Committee, and the Treasurer of the Royal Society reported that in accordance with the provisions of the scheme the Kew Observatory Committee had been wound up.

2. Bye laws of the Committee, submitted in draft by the Treasurer of the Royal Society were taken into consideration and adopted ' [Listed in detail]

3. ' In pursuance of bye-law 2a, it was resolved - That the President and Couoncil of the Royal Society be requested to direct the payment of the Gassiot Trust Fund for the coming year to the National Physical Laboratory Account of the Royal Society. '
